All Four Emperors of One Piece (Ranking)

The most terrifying pirates in the world of One Piece are known as the Yonko. They have a powerful crew and the power to rule the seas. However, due to some of the most breathtaking pirate battles, the list of Yonko (emperors) has undergone several changes over the years. Each of the pirates who earned the title of “Four Emperors” has demonstrated their brilliant abilities, and several new Four Emperors are now beginning to appear in the world. As a result, we have created a ranked list of all the current and past Emperors of the Sea appearing in One Piece. Find out where your favorite One Piece Yonko ranks on the list.

In the history of One Piece, there are a total of seven Emperors. We ranked the Yonko based on their strength and how important they are to the story. So, let’s take a look at the strongest pirates in One Piece.

1. Whitebeard

Whitebeard, also known as Edward Newgate, was once reputed to be the strongest man in the world. The old man had a devil fruit, a powerful paramecium-like gura-gura fruit, which is said to be a terrifying fruit that will end the world. According to author Eiichiro Oda, it is the strongest of the Paramecia-type devil fruits. Whitebeard is also a master of Haki, and has refined all of its forms. He fought against enemies like Roger, Oden, and many powerful enemies with these powers.

He was the only person who could rival Pirate King Gol D. Roger. Even though he was old and suffering from a terminal illness, he managed to completely turn Marineford on its head and change the course of the war. He could easily become the next Pirate King after Roger and get his hands on One Piece’s treasure. But all this man wanted was his family and to be with them.

Not only is Whitebeard one of the strongest characters, he’s also a surprisingly well-written character. Therefore, in my opinion, none of the other Yonko have reached Whitebeard’s highest level, and he is the strongest Yonko in history.

2. Shanks

After Kaido and Big Mom were defeated, Akagami Shanks became the most powerful Yonko of the era. Shanks does not have devil fruit abilities. He doesn’t need those powers as he is currently the most powerful Haki user. Shanks has perfected all three types of Haki and even discovered an entirely new Haki, earning him the title “Kibunshoku Haki Killer.”

Prevented Kaido from coming to the Marineford Summit War. More importantly, he ended that war and also fought Akainu (one of One Piece’s strongest admirals) alone. Even though he was far away, he used his Conqueror’s Haki to help Admiral Midorigyu escape with his life.

Moreover, he recently defeated Kid with 3 billion berries in one blow. His accolades keep piling up. That’s just the beginning of Shanks’ strength. He even has a strong team that includes only non-Devil Fruit users. Just like Luffy, Shanks is also aiming for supremacy in One Piece. So, without a doubt, Shanks is the real deal at this point and could be the strongest Yonko in One Piece history.

3. Blackbeard

Of all the main characters, Blackbeard’s full abilities remain a mystery to this day. However, we know that he rose to the level of power by pulling the strings like a cunning fox and became Emperor of the Sea after defeating Whitebeard. Without seeing much of him in the big action scenes, he ended up with a bounty of 3.996 billion berries. Remember, you had to pose a significant threat to Earth to receive the sixth highest bounty in history.

When it comes to his powers, he is the only character in the entire world with two different devil fruit powers. And it has the power of the strongest Paramecia and Logia Devil Fruits in its grasp, rather than any other normal or average Devil Fruit. It has been confirmed that he has two more types of Haki, but I’m sure the Conqueror’s Haki will also receive the green light.

Along with a crew full of ferocious and brutal members, he advances toward his goal while serving as the main antagonist to protagonist Luffy.

4. Luffy

Since beginning his pirate adventures, Monkey D. Luffy has made remarkable progress toward becoming the next Pirate King. After defeating Kaido, he received a huge bounty of 3 billion berries at the end of the Wano arc (one of the best arcs of One Piece). With Luffy’s Gear 5 coming soon to the anime, he has essentially reached the peak of his abilities, and his abilities continue to expand dramatically. I’m sure Luffy’s abilities will once again rise to incredible heights in the Egghead arc. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates have come a long way, and it was an incredible sight to see.

Luffy’s Devil Fruit is not only the strongest Zoon-type Devil Fruit in history, but also the best Devil Fruit in existence. The entire world government is shaken by his power . Luffy gradually began to master Haki and its advanced forms, which helped him crush Kaido. He is the latest addition to the list of the Four Emperors, along with Buggy the Clown. He’s in great form and it’s only a matter of time before he’s at the top of the list.

5. Kaido

Kaido, the strongest creature in the world, was the strongest of the Four Emperors. A bounty of 4,611,100,000 berries was placed on his head, which was the third highest bounty in history after Roger and Whitebeard. There was a famous saying about this man’s strength: “You should always bet on Kaido in a one-on-one fight,” which is a testament to his monstrous strength.

Kaido had the strongest ability among the Mythical Beast-type Devil Fruits . And it goes without saying that he is well versed in all types of Haki, including its advanced forms. Both forms of his devil fruit made him untouchable. Only a great Haki user can defeat him, and that is what happened on the rooftop of Onigashima.

When Luffy awakens his devil fruit ability, it’s game over for Kaido. But let’s not forget that he fought multiple enemies on the rooftop like a simple task. Kaido certainly lived up to his title and will continue to be remembered as such.

6. Big Mom

Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom , is the only female character to become Emperor of the Sea . You cannot rise to the level of a great pirate without the backup of weapons of amazing power. She had one of the strongest Devil Fruit abilities and was also proficient in Haki.

Big Mom was feared by pirates around the world and even by her own family. Big Mom’s ultimate Devil Fruit powers lead to her creating her own army of Homies, and if someone is afraid of her, she will suck out their soul and give them years of life. You can take it away.

Even at this age, Big Mom put up a great fight against two of the worst generation members. Keep in mind that she fought two Awakening users and was defeated as a result. However, that is the reality, and she showed a solid fight worthy of her status as a Yonko.

7. Buggy

To be honest, Star Clown Buggy is the weakest Yonko in One Piece history . It’s not like the Devil Fruit has awakened or won against the Yonko. Buggy is the epitome of being the luckiest in life, and his luck has saved him many times more than his strength.

He was thought to be the leader of the Marines due to a major misunderstanding among the Marines regarding the cross-guild organization poster. And ever since the organization put out a bounty on the Marines in One Piece, the threat level began to peak. Also, don’t forget that they believe Mihawk and Crocodile are working under him. This fortunate series of events turned Buggy’s life around and made him Emperor of the Sea.

Buggy has declared himself to be the next Pirate King, so we can expect some serious moves in the future. As for his abilities, his true powers have not yet been demonstrated as he possesses great devil fruit abilities that have not yet been awakened.
