Realme will soon launch 55-inch smart TV in India

Realme entered the smart TV segment last week with the launch of 32-inch and 43-inch versions of Realme Smart TV at Rs 20 million. 12,999 rupees 21,999 each. The company is now reportedly planning to launch a new 55-inch smart TV .

Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth revealed the company’s plans in an interview with Indo-Asian News Service (IANS). However, the interview did not reveal an estimated timeframe for availability.

“Our quest to deliver smarter TVs is just beginning and we are not settling on these two sizes. 55-inch TVs are considered the premium and flagship size of TVs, so Realme We are preparing to launch an all-new 55-inch TV to provide a more innovative experience to our users,” Madhav Sheth told IANS.

Realme is currently gearing up to start manufacturing in India. The company will begin surface mount technology (SMT) production for its smart TV lineup in the country, along with a full-scale production line.

Meanwhile, Sheth took to Twitter to share that the company has successfully sold over 15,000 Realme smart TV units on Flipkart and Realme Store within 10 minutes of launch .

Considering the fact that the premium smart TV segment usually includes 55-inch smart TVs, it will be interesting to see the pricing of the 55-inch smart TVs offered by the company in India.

We can expect a significant improvement in specifications, not just an increase in screen size. However, we will have to wait for the company to reveal more details about the 55-inch Realme smart TV in the coming months.

In any case, this announcement means that Realme has entered and stayed in the smart TV segment, and we can expect more smart TVs from this brand in the future.
