How to get marble slabs in Lego Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite is packed with a variety of resources to help you upgrade your tools and build new structures in the game. Materials like wood and granite are plentiful and easy to obtain, but building larger chests and upgrading your village will require even more resources. One such resource is a marble slab. If you need this resource, follow the methods below to learn how to get marble slabs in LEGO Fortnite.

Make a marble slab in Lego Fortnite

Step 1: Find the marble in the cave

LEGO Fortnite has a lot of tools to create different resources from raw materials. One of them is Stonebreaker . Stonebreaker allows you to refine marble into marble slabs. However, before you can build the Stone Breaker, you need to find the surrounding caves in-game.

Once you find the cave, look for the marble inside. Be sure to carry a rare pickaxe to break marbles and put them in your inventory.

Step 2: Build the Stonebreaker

Once you have collected all the marbles from the cave, you will also need some gnarled roots to make the Stonebreaker in LEGO Fortnite. To build a Stone Breaker, you need 20 Nodal Roots and 35 Marbles .

• Once you have the materials you need, click the Build button (Q on PC, Circle on PS, B on Xbox).
• Next, select the orange machine with a large hole in the center and place it on the ground. This is Stone Breaker.

Note:

Please note that a roof is required over the equipment, including the Stone Breaker, to function in the rain.

Step 3: Create a marble slab in-game

Once you’ve built a Stonebreaker, you can refine marble collected from caves to create marble slabs. So, let’s learn how to use Stone Breaker with the steps below.

• First, walk up to Stone Breaker and press the interaction button (E on PC, Square on PS, X on Xbox).
• Now select the Marble Slab recipe and click the interaction button to assign it.
• Once you have selected your marble slab recipe, click Quick Deposit and enter your ingredients. Press the + button (console D-pad) to increase the amount of marbles used.
• Finally, once the process is complete, click on the Take option (W on PC, Y on Xbox, Triangle on PS4/5).

Note: Keep in mind that 1 marble yields 1 marble slab and you can only place a maximum of 30 marbles at a time.

Obtain a marble slab from a villager

Splitting marbles all day in a game can make your hands (and time) tired. Therefore, you can always ask for help from your fellow villagers. Useful for refining marble and creating marble slabs.

However, before you can assign tasks to your villagers, you need to build a stone crushing workbench and a workbench. You will also need to find marble in the cave to unlock the recipe for marble slabs. If that’s out of the way, you can assign villagers to jobs on marble slabs in Lego Fortnite.

Step 1: Assign refining jobs to villagers

To assign a villager the task of making marble slabs, follow these steps:

• Go to any of the villagers you recruited and click the interact button (E on PC, Square on PS, X on Xbox).
• Then select the “Let’s talk” job. Select an option from the chat menu.
• Then select the “Help the Village” option.
• At the next prompt, select Resource Job .
• Finally, choose stone refining! This option allows villagers to start working.

Step 2: Collect the marble slabs

If you ask a villager to smelt stone, it will take some time for the necessary materials to be produced. This can take up to a day in-game and approximately 30 minutes in real-time . You can obtain 5 or more marble slabs from one villager.

To collect marble slabs from villagers, follow these steps:

• Go to the same villager you assigned the refining job to and click the interact button (E on PC, Square on PS, X on Xbox).
• Then select “How’s work?” Select an option from the chat prompt.
• Finally, the resources available to you from that villager will be displayed. Here, select the “Get Marble Slab” option to receive the Marble Slab in your inventory.
