How to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription

Cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription on PC

Well, you are judiciously purchasing a Fortnite Crew subscription every month and enjoying the benefits it brings. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

• Go to your Epic Games account. Make sure you’re logged in to the Epic Games account you use for Fortnite.
• Click your profile picture in the top right corner to go to your settings page.

• On your account settings page, click the Subscriptions option on the left sidebar.

• On your subscription page, click the gear icon above your Fortnite Crew subscription. Then select the option to cancel.

If you follow the steps above, your Crew subscription will be canceled immediately and you will not be automatically charged at the beginning of the next month.

Cancel Fortnite Crew on Xbox Console

Just like on PC, the cancellation process on Xbox and PlayStation consoles is very simple. However, due to its ecosystem, you will need to follow some additional steps to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription. If you are an Xbox console player and would like to opt out of the service, please follow these steps:

Cancel Fortnite Crew on PS5/PS4 consoles

If you have a PlayStation 5, follow the steps below to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription.

• From your PS5 dashboard, click on the Settings cog in the top right corner.

• On the settings page, click on the Users & Accounts option.

• On this settings page, go to Payments & Subscriptions -> Games & App Services to find your active Fortnite Crew subscription.

• Now, click the ” Turn off auto-renewal ” option to remove your Crew subscription.

If you’re using a PlayStation 4, the process is similar, but the menu options are slightly different.

• On your PS4 dashboard, click the Settings icon.
• Next, go to Account Management -> Account Information -> Service List to check your Fortnite Crew subscription.
• Click on your subscription and click on the “Turn off auto-renewal” option.
