Google recently launched its Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro flagship smartphones, bringing with it a host of features. From the Pixel 8 Pro’s new temperature sensor to various AI-centric features like Best Take, Magic Eraser, and more, the Pixel 8 series is making waves everywhere. Additionally, we’ve added a new AI-generated wallpaper feature. However, both Pixel 8 models include a number of new high-resolution Pixel-only wallpapers that you can download here on non-Pixel phones as well.

First, the Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro come with a large selection of wallpapers to choose from. This is different from the few iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro Max wallpapers. If you ask me, I really like the wallpapers on my Google Pixel 8 smartphone. These are mineral themed and bring a unique wallpaper palette to your device. A breath of fresh air for sure. Additionally, both phones have 8 wallpapers each. Let’s take a look at them:

New Pixel 8 wallpapers

Starting with the Google Pixel 8, it comes in three colors : Hazel, Obsidian, and Rose . To go along with these colors, Google has added some new wallpapers to its latest flagship product. For example, we have Peony Light and Peony Dark wallpapers that can be used with rose color options.

Additionally, you’ll also see wallpaper in the Obsidian color options Licorice Light and Licorice Dark . Meanwhile, Haze Light and Haze Dark wallpapers match the Google Pixel 8’s hazel colorway. There are also Jade Light and Jade Dark wallpapers, which have an all-white color scheme.

New Pixel 8 Pro wallpapers

Moving on to the Google Pixel 8 Pro wallpapers, these really complement each of the color options available on the device. It comes in three different color variations – Porcelain , Bay , and Obsidian . The Sky Dark and Sky Light wallpapers come in a Bay Blue colorway and work really well.

Meanwhile, porcelain light and porcelain dark wallpapers complement the porcelain color options. Meanwhile, Licorice Light and Licorice Dark wallpapers will be used with the Google Pixel 8 Pro’s optional Obsidian Black. We also have unique Jade Light and Jade Dark wallpapers for Pixel 8 Pro. However, unlike the white-themed Pixel 8 one, here it’s covered in green.
