Following PUBG Mobile’s ban in India, Krafton announced Battlegrounds Mobile India last month. Shortly thereafter, the game began accepting pre-registrations on the Google Play Store. Krafton is currently rolling out the game to the first batch of early public beta testers.
Battlegrounds Mobile India offers five maps in classic mode: Erangel, Livik, Miramar, Sanhok, and Karakin . Arcade mode allows for quick matches, sniper training, and war. Apart from this, Payload 2.0 is available in EvoGround mode and eight arena modes are also available including Team Deathmatch, Arena Training, Gun Game, Assault, and Domination.

You may be wondering if Krafton can use his old account to carry over his progress to the rebranded n̶e̶w̶ game. The answer to that question is yes. The game has an interface that allows you to transfer account data . In particular, you must transfer data from PUBG Mobile to BMI within December 31, 2021.

The game is essentially PUBG Mobile, although Crafton doesn’t want to call it PUBG Mobile. If you want to try the game right now, you’ll need to sign up for early access from the Play Store. However, given the hype surrounding this game, you might have to wait a while to get your hands on it, as the beta program is already full. We’re working on a handy guide to help you easily install Battlegrounds Mobile India on your device, so stay tuned.
Now that the game is available in beta, we can expect Krafton to release the game to everyone in the coming weeks. Until that happens, you can try one of the games like PUBG Mobile for Android and iOS.
