However, sourcing these super unique items is something else entirely. After the game’s recent bugs, many might think that getting Uber-specific items has become easier, but that’s still not the case. What are Uber unique items in Diablo 4?

Uber unique items in Diablo 4 are the rarest items players can obtain in the game. These have the highest amount of stats associated with them, and players obtain them just like any other drop in the game. Super unique items are the rarest, so only a handful exist in the game. This makes it different from regular items in the game and even more popular. Currently, there are a total of seven unique items in the game, ranging from armor to various body parts.

Andariel’s face	A unique helmet with 1025 armor. Andariel’s Visage provides +16 stats to all attributes, +9.2% attack speed, +2% life steal, and 36.5% poison resistance.
starless sky ring	Unique ring item that provides 25% cold and fire resistance in Diablo 4
harlequin crest	A unique helm that provides 1025 armor. Gives 1045 maximum life, 4.8% cooldown reduction, 8.5% resource generation, and +25 to all stats.
selig’s melted heart	Selig’s Melted Heart is a unique amulet that provides 18.5% resistance to all elements
grandfather	A unique two-handed sword that deals 2484 damage per second. Deals 1987-2981 damage per hit, 1.00 attack power per second, +35% critical strike damage.
Ahavallion, Lycander’s Spear	A unique spear that deals 6% to 35% crowd control damage. Additionally, this weapon deals 2-16% critical hit chance, 2-20% attack speed, and 2-35% damage. This very unique item also provides a random temple effect every 30 seconds

How to get Uber unique items in Diablo 4

As Adam Jackson, Blizzard’s lead class designer for Diablo 4, revealed on Twitter, the only way to get super unique items in Diablo 4 is by defeating enemies at level 85 or higher. The only way you can get an enemy of that level is if you are level 80 or higher in Diablo 4 World Tier 4.

Additionally, there are no criteria to earn Uber unique items in Diablo 4. Except, this one drops just like regular items in Diablo 4, so you might have some RNG luck.
