Samsung’s recently launched Galaxy Note 10 Plus is already setting records. This smartphone was recently tested by the guys at DxOMark and the average score was 113 points. This was one point higher than the P30 Pro, which scored 112 points in the DxOMark test.
DxOMark tested the 5G version of the Note 10 Plus, which features a quad-camera setup that includes a 16MP ultra-wide lens, 12MP primary lens, 12MP telephoto lens, and a DepthVision camera.
According to DxOMark’s tests, the phone scored 118 points for photography and 101 points for video recording. What’s interesting is that even though the Note 10 Plus 5G has the highest overall score, it still lags behind the P30 Pro in photo scores. Huawei’s flagship received 119 points for photos and 97 points for videos.
Regardless, DxOMark observed that the Note 10 Plus 5G has fast and accurate autofocus, excellent bokeh, vibrant colors, and excellent detail in shots with the flash on. Even in video, DxO observed that the phone managed noise well in both situations while getting good detail in indoor and outdoor videos. We also observed the Note 10 Plus 5G’s excellent dynamic range, fast autofocus, and vibrant colors while shooting video.
According to DxOMark, the Note 10 Plus 5G is currently the king of smartphone cameras. However, it has to compete with the iPhone 11, Pixel 4, and Mate 30 Pro, and I don’t think it can maintain that position for long.
