Instagram now lets you embed a mini version of your profile on your website

Recently, Instagram has added many new features. We recently introduced Reels Visual Replies, new privacy features for teens, and more. The latest addition to the list is the new profile embedding feature, which allows you to insert a mini version of your Instagram profile on your website. The feature was announced by Adam Mosseri, CEO of the Meta-owned photo-sharing platform. This is what it is about.

Instagram “profile embedding” feature introduced

The new profile embed feature allows Instagrammers to display a mini version of their profile on their website to further expand their reach. This is useful for bloggers, journalists, and content creators, making it easier to attract more people to your Instagram profile.

This new feature comes in addition to the ability to embed Instagram posts on your website. Users can also embed other creators’ Instagram profiles on their website to expand their reach .

Separately, Mosseri highlighted two more Instagram features that have recently arrived. The first is Playback Year-In-Review 2021. This feature shows users the top 10 stories posted in 2021 and allows users to look back at their posts from the year. All this functionality will be terminated. The app features a pop-up where people can see and share the top stories of 2021. Users also have the option to edit their stories, so they can post what works best for them. However, this feature is short-lived and will only be available to users until December 31st.

Another feature is visual replies on Instagram Reels. This allows users to use Reels to reply to comments on their posts. Replies to your posts will appear as stickers on your Reels . This feature is highly recommended for content creators on the platform. The feature is also copied from TikTok, which recently introduced a similar feature last year.

Separately, Instagram has started getting a new feature that allows users to record and post Instagram Stories of up to 60 seconds .
