Open a chat window and submit your question. Get technical support and information about service center locations, repair status, and more. This service is available daily from 9am to 6pm .
Apart from WhatsApp, Samsung offers a number of customer support options, including remote support, live chat, call center-based technical support, video tips, and the Samsung Members app. Samsung claims that it resolves over 70,000 inquiries every month through remote support. The company offers remote support to all Samsung smartphone and smart TV users.
In case you didn’t already know, the Samsung Members app has over 9 million users. Samsung customers can use the app for live chat, service requests, repair progress tracking, remote support, and phone diagnostics. Additionally, there is also a community section that you can use to help yourself and interact with other Samsung users.
