• Retaking the exam: You can retake the exam as many times as you like during the year, even if you don’t pass the first time. You must wait one year from the date of your last three failed exams to reapply for certification.

• Exam: There are 180 questions, of which 5 are pre-test questions. Pretest questions are used in exams as an efficient and legitimate method to test the validity of subsequent exam questions, even if they are not related to the final score.
• Duration: You will be allotted 230 minutes to complete the center-based test.
• Breaks: There are currently two 10-minute breaks in the test. After you finish questions 1-60 and check your answers, the first question will appear. The second break begins when you have completed question 120 and confirmed that you have reviewed each answer. Please note that you can only return to the questions in the last part of the exam after checking your answers and starting your break.
• Retake: Same as CAPM

PMP

To maintain your Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, you must accumulate 60 PDUs over a three-year period. The breakdown of these 60 PDUs is as follows:

• A minimum of 35 PDUs (8 PDUs each) in Education, including Business Acumen, Power Skills, and How to Work (after earning 8 PDUS in each section, remaining PDUs can be made from any of the three sections).
• Up to 25 PDUs for donations can be earned through volunteering (8 PDUs) and knowledge creation (17 PDUs). Please note that returning the PDU is optional. Candidates can earn all PDUs through education. This means that the PMP in Education certification will earn you all 60 PDUs, and the CMAP in Education certification will earn you all 15 PDUs.
